Village Motors Wins Nissan Platinum Award

Village Motors Redcliffe has been awarded the prestigious Platinum Dealer Award demonstrating the firm’s commitment to customers, staff and Nissan Australia in providing the highest levels of service.

According to Village Motors managing director, Marlene Newcombe, Platinum Dealer Recognition is the highest award presented by Nissan Australia to their dealers.  It is awarded each six month period, and this award was for October 08 to March 09.

“Nissan Platinum Dealerships embody the philosophy and vision for Nissan, which is to endeavour to provide our customers with an outstanding ownership experience, from the showroom through every aspect of the dealership,” Mrs Newcombe said.

To achieve Platinum recognition, a Nissan dealer must excel in all facets of the automotive business. The selection criteria are driven by the customer, and the award recognises those dealers who deliver outstanding customer service from excellent facilities showcasing the Nissan range.

Village Motors Redcliffe was one of only 37 Nissan dealers out of the 200+ dealerships Australia-wide to receive the award.
