The team at Village Motors has been awarded the Queensland Holden Dealer ‘Grand Masters Awards’ for the third year in a row.
Located at Redcliffe and Petrie, Village Motors has been operating for 21 years as a car dealership, and this latest award indicates just how dedicated the team is to providing excellent customer service.
“The Masters Awards is recognition by Holden that Village Motors continues to meet and exceed customer expectations as well as performing well across the board in areas such as servicing, parts, and overall sales,” said Village Motors Holden Manager, Adam Guy.
“To win this award three years in row, against competition from all Holden dealers Australia-wide, is testimony to the experience and care for our customers that our sales and parts team has.
“Holden takes into consideration a broad range of criteria when analysing the results, and requires the dealerships to promote the entire range of vehicles, as well as excellent after sales service feedback from our customers,” Mr Guy said.
Village Motors carries more than $10 million in Holden stock at any one time, and has a team of 125 people, including administration staff, across the two sites. It is part of the Newcombes Holdings Group, which was ranked as the 19th largest company in Queensland in 2007.
There were another eight dealerships which were also recognised with this prestigious award in Queensland, and 20 Holden dealerships Australia-wide.
