Village Motors Redcliffe has some new faces at its service counter, all with extensive industry experience and with customer service as their number one priority.

Headed up by new Service Manager Scott Heard, there are two new service advisors along with our existing team of Vanessa and Shannon.

has more than 20 years experience in the auto industry, beginning a mechanic’s apprenticeship with Nanango Motors Holden. He then worked in Toowoomba in electronics reconditioning, and then on Mornington Island managing the local council’s workshop.

He moved back to Brisbane about 10 years ago, and worked in various service management positions until joining Village Motors earlier this year.

“Having been in the auto industry for my entire career, I am personally empathetic to customers concerns, and I want the Village Motors Redcliffe service team to make a great impression on all our customers,” Scott said.

Thomas Weber, service advisor, completed his mechanic’s apprenticeship in Germany and then undertook a master’s degree in automotive engineering before emigrating to Australia about 12 years ago.

He has worked in Sydney and Brisbane before settling near Redcliffe and joining Village Motors.

Jason Wilton-Jones obtained his A-grade mechanic qualification in 1986 with Mitsubishi Rally Art in Sydney and New Zealand, before returning to Australia to work with Village Motors.

He then tried his hand at motorcycle sales for about three years, and also worked at Peninsula Auto Zone. He has returned to Village Motors as a service advisor with nearly 25 years experience under his belt.

With our wide range of new and used cars, our technicians are able to service any make and model, and Scott’s team are waiting to help you get the best service possible.
